Bio
Brandon Windish is an independent television and commercial director from Tampa, Florida.
He has written and directed over 100 commercials and music videos across the United States as well as internationally– most recently spear-heading a commercial campaign in Colombia, South America.
Clients include AT&T, The St. Petersburg Times, Yellow Pages, Tampa Yankees, Ultimate Medical Academy, The American Advertising Federation, and The Florida Hospital for whom he designed, wrote, directed and edited an interactive computer game for the hospital’s Continuing Medical Education program.
His television credits include the CW’s Crowned as well as directing several segments for NBC’s Tailfins & Chrome.
His short films have been featured and collected prizes at various festivals, including the Gasparilla International Film Festival, Sunscreen Film Fest, Eincubator Film Festival and the Halloween Horror Picture Show.
As a painter and digital artist, his skills are utilized in each production, often designing concepts and storyboards to smooth out the pre-production process.
In addition to film and commercials, Brandon has also produced and/or directed plays for several theatre companies, including The Gorilla Theatre, Patel Conservatory and Hat Trick Theatre, most of which integrated pre-filmed segments used to interact with the actors on-stage.
His office is decorated with an ever-growing collection of horror memorabilia and old school Ninja Turtles toys– all of which threaten to topple onto unsuspecting visitors on a daily basis.
